Warriors coach Don Nelson tied Lenny Wilkens for the most wins by an NBA coach on Sunday night.

Golden State defeated Toronto 113-112 to move Nelson into a deadlock with Wilkens.

"What a game to tie the record," Nelson said. "Unbelievable. It had about everything you'd want, from good to bad to playing great to wetting the bed, and we did about all of it. Somehow we prevailed."

Nelson has won 1,332 games as a coach in the NBA.

Golden State's players danced around Nelson after the final buzzer. He can surpass Wilkens with a win on Tuesday over Washington.

"You live for moments like that, when the team wants something more than you do yourself," Nelson said of the postgame celebration. "They're just so happy that we got it together as a group, that they were part of it."
