Lenny Wilkins doesn't expect to see his name in the record books much longer.

Wilkins is currently tied with Warriors coach Don Nelson for the most coaching victories in NBA history.

"I did talk to Nellie (Monday). He seems happy, and I'm happy for him," Wilkens said in a phone interview with Bay Area News Group. "What do they have? Six games left? He'll break the record."

The two currently share the record with 1,332 wins.

Wilkins has sat at the top for 15 years, but Nelson can take over sole possession with a win over the Wizards on Tuesday.
