Cavaliers star LeBron James appeared to reinjure his right elbow in the team's Game 5 win over the Bulls on Tuesday night.

James isn't sure when he injured it, but the elbow bothered him during the entire second half of Cleveland's series-clinching victory.

He appeared to land on the elbow after trying to block a shot early in the third quarter. He finished the game with just 19 points.

James revealed after the game that he underwent an MRI and X-rays on Monday. He will have follow-up evaluation by team doctors and will undergo treatment beginning Wednesday.

"It bothers me because I don't know what it is," he said. "Hopefully it doesn't continue to bother me. But I'm not concerned. Cleveland fans have nothing to worry about. They have no reason to panic. I don't think it's that serious."

The Cavaliers won't play against until Saturday when they host the Celtics in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series.
