The New York Daily News writes that the Warriors have attracted 13 potential bidders.

The bidders include an unidentified NFL owner, a group of Chinese businessmen and a group including Magic Johnson.

The top three or four will be selected this week and move on to the next phase.

Oracle founder Larry Ellison did not submit a bid, but he has been sending out signals that the team should go for around $315 million.

NBA officials disagree with Ellison, claiming that the Warriors could fetch close to double the $275 million that Michael Jordan recently paid to purchase the Bobcats.
