Eric Bledsoe is using predraft workouts to prove to NBA teams that he's a pro-ready point guard.

"That's what it boils down to," said Bledsoe. "That's why these workouts are so competitive, because everybody's trying to be the second point guard behind John [Wall]."

Bledsoe is in competition with Avery Bradley of Texas, among others.

Bledsoe and Bradley were joined by Xavier's Jordan Crawford, Kansas' Sherron Collins, Oklahoma's Willie Warren and Western Kentucky's A.J. Slaughter in a workout for the Pacers on Wednesday.

"This whole group, I'm usually at every workout with," Bradley said. "We're able to . . . compete against each other every single time.

"That's the good thing about this group. We compete with each other every time. We're fighting for a (draft) position. We go after each other on the court, but we're good after."

Bledsoe added that he's trying to showcase his decision-making skills.

"People keep questioning me about playing point guard since John handled it all season," he said. "They ain't worried about my shooting because I was shooting good during the season, then I come in and prove it. I think they're pretty much worried about my decision-making."
