The Bulls decision to hire Tom Thibodeau as their head coach is neither a plus nor a minus in Chicago's pursuit of LeBron James, a team source said.

The team was told by people close to LeBron that the hiring of Thibodeau would not influence his decision on coming to Chicago one way or the other.
