During the preseason it wasn't a guarantee that Brandon Rush would have a spot in the rotation of Pacers coach Jim O'Brien.

Now, he could be in the starting lineup when he makes his season debut on Tuesday against the Nuggets.

Mike Dunleavy's struggles have led O'Brien to contemplate the move.

"We have to look seriously at Michael because he has not been real productive," O'Brien said.

Rush will face Denver after missing the first five games of the season while serving a league-mandated suspension for failing a drug test three times.
