The Magic have agreed in principle to a trade with the Suns where they will acquire Hedo Turkoglu and Jason Richardson.

Orlando will send Vince Carter, Mickael Pietrus, Marcin Gortat, a 2011 first round pick and $3 million to Phoenix, according to sources.

Orlando GM Otis Smith has also nearly finalized a trade to acquire Gilbert Arenas from the Wizards in exchange for Rashard Lewis.  According to reports, there will be no other players or picks involved in that trade.
