Erik Spoelstra will continue to start Joel Anthony at center for the Heat instead of Zydrunas Ilgauskas. 

Mike Bibby will start at point guard despite the matchup of Derrick Rose.

"We have a lot of moving parts," Spoelstra said. "I don't feel a need to move another one right now."
