Billy King believes the Nets move to Brooklyn will make a big impact on the team's ability to sign players.

"Everybody says they want to play in New York," King said. "We're going to be in New York. We got the best owner and we're going to have the best building. We'll have all the tools. If a guy doesn't want to come play here, it's just he doesn't want to play in the city.

"I think the building matters in the sense of support. This building will give the fan base an opportunity to walk just a couple of blocks to a game or you get on the subway and you get off and you got a game. Everybody wants to have the support and the fan base."
