Darrick Wood has de-committed from St. John's to re-open his recruiting search.

“I just wanted to open up my recruitment,” Wood told CBSSports.com. “Weigh my options a little more before the spring hits.” 

Wood added that he still considers St. John's "my top school." 

Ricardo Gathers also de-committed from St. John's.
