Donnell Harvey has signed a free agent deal with the Talk N Text Tropang Texters, a professional team in the Philippines.

Harvey arrives from TianJin Rongcheng of the Chinese Basketball Association.

He averaged 24.7 points, 14.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists for TianJin.
