LaMarcus Aldridge said he is "98 percent" healed from March surgery on his right hip and is one week away from being cleared to resume all basketball activities.

"I'm working out, I can run, I can jump, I can shoot," Aldridge said. "One more week and I can go five-on-five. I feel great."

Aldridge endorsed the moves Neil Olshey has made since taking over as general manager and praised the draft selections of Damian Lillard and Meyers Leonard.

Aldridge is particularly excited about the addition of Lillard.

"Going to be really good," Aldridge said of Lillard. "He definitely makes good passes, makes good reads, That's going to be big for us. I think every guy has ups and downs, but I think he's going to be good. He has a really good pace to his game and he's smart."
