Rod Strickland was arrested on Thursday for driving on a DUI-suspended license.

Strickland, a former NBA point guard, is currently a special assistant to John Calipari at Kentucky.

Strickland’s license was suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol in September 2010. He also was charged with DUI, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license in Tennessee in October 2007.
