Long Island won the 2013 Northeast Conference Tournament with a 91-70 win over Mount St. Mary's.

C.J. Garner was named Tournament MVP and was joined on the All-Tournament Team by teammates Jason Brickman and Jamal Olaswere, Rashad Whack of Mount St. Mary's and Wagner's Jonathon Williams.
