Tyreke Evans has given the New Orleans Pelicans a verbal commitment that he will sign a four-year, $44 million offer sheet on July 10.

The Sacramento Kings will have three days to match Evans' deal with the Pelicans.

Evans was the 2010 NBA Rookie of the Year.
