Steve Kerr joked about changing the Golden State Warriors' system after losing to the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 2.

"We're going to change the entire program after losing one game," Kerr said.

"Yep, we put in the triangle offense. We're going to run that for Game 3. We're going to play zone the whole game. We just feel like everything is falling apart. Steph (Curry) was awful the other night, so we won't start him. It's a full renovation."

The Warriors' practice on Thursday ran long after watching lots of tape beforehand. Kerr wanted to address their 20 turnovers, impatience and poor ball movement.

Kerr said it's futile to try to consistently beat defenders off the dribble and score in the lane, because the Grizzlies have too much size inside.

"You've got to do it on the pass. It has to come from offensive flow, movement, spacing," he said. "That's what our team is, anyway. It's nothing more than kind of getting back to our identity."
