Thabo Sefolosha was found not guilty of all charges stemming from a confrontation with officers outside a Manhattan nightclub in April.

Sefolosha's leg was broken in the incident.

A Manhattan jury found Sefolosha not guilty of misdemeanor charges of obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, all of them arising from a disturbance outside the 1 Oak nightclub on April 8 at 4:30 a.m. as the police were trying to disperse a crowd.

Sefolosha has accused the police of brutality and wrongful arrest, testified that he was trying to give some money to a panhandler when a police officer pushed him without warning.
