Evan Turner has agreed upon a four-year, $70 million deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Blazers were also pursuing Chandler Parsons with a max offer but he's agreed to sign with the Memphis Grizzlies.

Turner is coming off a two-year, $6.7 million deal with the Boston Celtics.
