Phil Jackson took a public shot at Carmelo Anthony in his first Tweet since announcing his breakup from Jeanie Buss in December.

Jackson referenced a column by Kevin Ding that was critical of Anthony.

Last month, Jackson confidant Charley Rosen wrote a column stating that Anthony had worn out his usefulness in New York.

Jackson has been attempting to trade Anthony throughout 2017.

Anthony has a no-trade clause and has been reluctant to leave the Knicks.
