Bobby Portis was fined $25,000 by the NBA for a Flagrant 2 foul during the New York Knicks' 117-87 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.

The NBA announced that Portis was "recklessly making contact" after swiping at Kentavious Caldwell-Pope's head as Caldwell-Pope went up for a dunk.

Portis, who was not suspended, apologized to Caldwell-Pope on Twitter after the game.
