Brian Shaw has agreed to become the head coach of the new G League Select Team.

The G League Select Team is a new pathway for prospects to take as an alternative to college basketball. The G League Select Team won't play regular games in the G League, but play approximately a dozen games against other G League teams.

Shaw was most recently an assistant coach of the Los Angeles Lakers.
