Will Weaver will join Stephan Silas' coaching staff with the Houston Rockets.

Weaver, who coached the Sydney Kings in Australia, was a finalist for the Thunder coaching position.

Weaver joins John Lucas, Rick Higgins, and Jeff Hornacek on Houston's bench.
