The Chicago Bulls are continuing to experience the NBA's current worst COVID outbreak. A league-high six players are currently in the health and safety protocols for the Bulls.

Ayo Dosunmu and Stanley Johnson joined DeMar DeRozan, Javonte Green, Matt Thomas and Coby White as out due to positive COVID tests. Patrick Williams remains out as well, due to a long-term wrist injury.

Chicago did get guard Alex Caruso back in the lineup after a hamstring injury pritor to their loss to the Miami Heat on Saturday. The Bulls played that game with 11 players available due to injury and illness.

Dosunmu has been a second-round find for Chicago. He's averaged 6.0 points per game off the Bulls bench, while shooting over 50% from the field, including 41.5% from behind the arc.

Johnson has yet to play for Chicago. He was recently signed to a hardship exception roster spot, due to the other players being out with positive COVID tests. Johnson himself then tested positive before he could suit up for a game.
