The Boston Celtics are going to add some additional frontcourt depth by signing Justin Jackson to a 10-day contract via the hardship exception. Boston currently has five players in the NBA's health and safety protocols. All five are frontcourt players.

Jackson split last season between the Milwaukee Bucks and Oklahoma City Thunder. He's also played for the Sacramento Kings and Dallas Mavericks during this four-year NBA career.

This season, Jackson has been playing for the Texas Legends of the G League. He's averaged 22.7 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game. Jackson has shot 42.4% from behind the arc in 10 games with Texas.
