The New York-based Wachtell Lipton has interviewed more than 300 people as part of their investigation into accusations against Robert Sarver and the Phoenix Suns. The league launched its investigation following ESPN's publication of a story that included allegations of racism and misogyny in a sometimes hostile and toxic workplace.

Some have been interviewed multiple times. Employees have confirmed a range of published allegations while introducing others, sources said, and have provided the investigators with documents, specifically emails.

Robert Sarver will soon be interviewed as well.

A timeline to complete the investigation remains unclear.
