In a postseason media session, Atlanta Hawks president of basketball operations Travis Schlenk said he probably should have made roster changes during the season. Atlanta ran back almost the same roster as they had the season prior, when the Hawks made the Eastern Conference Finals.

After a disappointing season where Atlanta had to win in the Play-In Tournament just to make the playoffs again, the Hawks are taking a different approach to this summer.

Outside of Trae Young and De'Andre Hunter, who the team expects to sign to an extension this summer, Atlanta is willing to trade anyone on their roster. This includes starters Clint Capela, John Collins and Kevin Huerter.

Some combination of those three could be part of a package offered to the Utah Jazz for Rudy Gobert. Jazz front office leader Danny Ainge is known to be a fan of Capela, in particular.
