The Brooklyn Nets and guard Marcus Zegarowski have signed a training camp contract. Zegarowski was originally by Brooklyn in the second round of the 2021 NBA Draft.

This is the second deal the Creighton product has signed with the Nets this offseason. A week ago, Zegarowski signed his required tender from Brooklyn before being immediately waived. That allowed the 6-foot-2 guard to become a free agent, without having his draft rights held by the Nets.

Last season, Zegarowski played in eight G League games with the Long Island Nets. He averaged 10.1 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists for Brooklyn's G League affiliate.
