The San Antonio Spurs have waived Cam Payne.

Payne was on a $6.5 million expiring contract and was traded by the Phoenix Suns to the Spurs in July along with a 2025 second round pick and cash in exchange for a protected 2024 second round pick.

Payne is ineligible to return to the Suns.
