Which teams have had the most First Team representatives since the 01-02 season?
Saint Joseph's: 9
Jameer Nelson needed to wait for David West to graduate before winning a Player of the Year award, but he was a three-time First Team selection.
Delonte West and Ahmad Nivins each made two First Teams for the Hawks.
Pat Carroll was a First Team selection as a senior in 2005 and Pat Calathes in 2008.
Xavier: 8
David West was the Atlantic-10 Player of the Year in 2001, 2002 and 2003, even being a First Team All-American in his senior season.
Romain Sato was a First Team selection in 2003 and 2004.
Jordan Crawford, B.J. Raymond, Justin Doellman and Brian Thornton each received one First Team nod.
Temple: 7
Mardy Collins and Dionte Christmas were two-time First Team selections for the Owls.
Lynn Greer, David Hawkins and Lavoy Allen have each made one First Team.
Massachusetts: 5
The school that produced Julius Erving and Marcus Camby has had more modest success over the past decade.
Rashaun Freeman was a First Team selection in three of his four seasons at UMass.
Gary Forbes was on the First Team in 2008 and Stephane Lasme in 2007.
George Washington: 4
Pops Mensah-Bonsu, J.R. Pinnock, T.J. Thompson and Chris Monroe each were named to one First Team. Pinnock was a late second round pick in 2006 and Mensah-Bonsu has been on and off NBA rosters since graduating from GW.
Rhode Island: 4
Will Daniels was a First Team selection in 2007 and 2008, while Jimmy Baron and Dawan Robinson each made it once.
Dayton: 3
Brian Roberts and Keith Waleskowski were First Team selections during their respective senior seasons. Chris Wright made the First Team as a junior in 2010.
Charlotte: 2
Curtis Withers and De'Angelo Alexander were teammates on the First Team in 2006 for the 49ers.
La Salle: 3
Steven Smith was a two-time selection in each of the two seasons he also was A-10 Player of the Year.
Rasual Butler, a second round pick in 2002, made the First Team in 2002.
Duquesne: 2
Damian Saunders made the First Team as a junior in 2010 and Aaron Jackson was a one-time selection in 2009.
St. Bonaventure: 2
J.R. Bremer and Marques Green each made one First Team for the Bonnies.
Fordham: 1
Bryant Dunston was a First Team selection in 2006 as a sophomore and a Second Team member in his other three seasons. He was also the A-10 Rookie of the Year in 2005.
Richmond: 1
Kevin Anderson was a First Team selection as a junior in 2010 and the A-10 Player of the Year.
Saint Louis: 1
It has been a long time since Larry Hughes was on campus, as Ian Vouyoukas is the only First Team members since Saint Louis joining the Atlantic-10.
