Due to Toronto being under the cap and choosing to invoke the Cap Room rule, Toronto could not go over the cap by more than $100,000 of post-trade Team Salary, which did happen here. Also, Toronto met the requirements of the Hard Cap rules of staying under the Tax Threshold plus $4M for adjusted post-trade Team Salary.

This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
