Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports that the NBA and the NBA Players' Association are still negotiating for a minimum age of 20 to play in the league.  The NBAPA opposes any such rule but is willing to negotiate.  This draft may be the last straw as 5 highschoolers are epxected to go in the first round and, for the first time, one may be the first overall pick.
