The Deseret News is reporting that DeShawn Stevenson's lawyer has advised him to make no public comment on his recent charge of statutory rape.  The Utah Jazz are also reserving comment at this time.  The Associated Press says that they have reviewed a police report on the incident that details consensual sex between Stevenson and a 14 year old Fresno area girl.
