ESPN's Frank Hughes decries the imbalance the medical exception has the potential of creating.  Referring to the recent showdown between Golden State and Houston over Marc Jackson, Hughes wonders why a team that loses a player to injury for one year can get roster and salary cap relief to the tune of 6 years.
