Indiana Coach Isiah Thomas knows a thing or two about coaching players who have made the jump from High School to the pro's.  He should, because he has four such players on his roster, including sixth-year forward Jermaine O'Neal, fourth-year forward Al Harrington, third-year forward Jonathan Bender and fourth-year center Bruno Sundov.  So what advice does he give for Bulls coach Tim Floyd, who has two teenage towers at his reins?

You have to be patient and live with their mistakes and teach them how to play and understand that there will be some embarrassing nights," Thomas said. "The only way they're going to learn how to play is to put them out on the floor."

The philosophy is different to that Floyd used last season with guard Jamal Crawford, who Floyd feels wasn't ready.  Floyd also admitted he feels a different pressure with Tyson Chandler and Eddy Curry, but that doesn't mean he will give in and just play them.

"I don't necessarily feel pressure to play them," Floyd said. "I feel pressure for them to succeed. I want to justify that they were the right pick."
