Parker out: Tony Parker did not play after suffering a slight groin strain in Tuesday's loss to Miami.

Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said he is considering also holding Parker out of the final exhibition game Friday against Houston.

'It's minor, but we're just going to make sure we don't exacerbate it,' Popovich said.

Antonio Daniels also popped a blood vessel in his right quad in the second quarter when he was kneed by the Sixers' 289-pound forward, Robert Traylor. Daniels was taken to the locker room and examined by a Philadelphia team doctor, but returned to the game.

Though his leg was stiff, Daniels said he should be fine.
