The Jazz on Wednesday declined to pick up the fourth-season option on the contracts of starting shooting guard Quincy Lewis and reserve forward Scott Padgett, two of their 1999 first-round draft choices.
     "It's not like we're releasing them. We're not saying we don't want them," said Kevin O'Connor, the Jazz's vice president of basketball operations. "We're just not re-signing them for next year right now."
