It didn't take long for Michael Jordan to get a taste of what life has been like for the Washington Wizards.
In just their fourth game of the season, the Wizards, looking very much like the team that finished with the third-worst record in the NBA last season, were blown out, 100-78, by the Detroit Pistons tonight before a sellout crowd at the Palace.
The humbling defeat tempered the back-to-back victories Washington (2-2) posted entering the game and proved a painful reminder that this team has a long way to go.
"Getting killed by 35 and beaten by one is a loss," Jordan said. "It's not a great feeling. I don't think anyone in this locker room should feel good about the way we played.
