What is it with the Cleveland Cavaliers and injured centers?  While Cavs star center Zydrunas Ilgauskas is sidelined until at least mid-December while recovering from foot surgery, Cleveland's first round pick DeSagana Diop, taken eighth overall after nominating directly from high school, has a sprained knee ligament.  He has missed the last four games and there is now talk that the Cavs may place him on their already crowded injury list.

Coach John Lucas said the 19-year-old Diop could be out for four weeks.  Cleveland still has no idea what Diop can do when he missed the preseason while rehabbing a foot injury, then injured the posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee after playing only six minutes in their season opener against Boston.
