Miami starting Small Forward Kendall Gill has fractured the small finger on his left hand, and is expected to miss 2-3 weeks of action.  The injury occured in the first overtime period of the Heat's clash with the Seattle Supersonics, when Gill collided with Seattle's Earl Watson when scrambling for a loose ball.
