Will they start, or will they even play?  If they are not going to play, why practice hard or why even turn up for shootaround?  These are some of the questions that the Bulls two teenage rookies are asking themselves, says Ken Johnson of the Chicago Tribune, in reference to the hot-then-cold treatment the two are receiving from Bulls coach Tim Floyd.

Did Charles Oakley's comments hit a sore spot with Floyd, who two games after starting Tyson Chandler against Detroit did not even allow him or Eddy Curry to step onto the court against the Hornets?

"I said it, so I'm not going to keep repeating it," Oakley said in reference to playing the rookies large minutes meaning more blowouts like the 53 point drumming the Bulls received at the hands of Minnesota. "Everybody saw what happened. It's no big deal."

"You never know when you're going to go in, and you don't know what your role is," Chandler said. "It's hard for me to adjust and prepare myself as far as what my matchup is going to be, what kind of defense we are in. My mind is all out of whack for when I finally get in."  I guess that is what college is for?
