Don't let the 1-5 record deceive you. The Sixers are defending Eastern Conference champions for a reason, and his name is Allen Iverson.

``With Iverson back, you know where you're going to get your offense from,'' said Heat guard Eddie Jones. Iverson leads the Sixers into AmericanAirlines Arena tonight for a matchup with the Heat (7:30, Sunshine).

It will be just the second game of the season for the reigning MVP, who was sidelined at the start of the season with an elbow injury.

``When he wasn't on the floor, you just didn't know where the offense was going to come from,'' Jones said. ``Now you know, and you try to stop it. Once the defense is keying on him to try and slow him down, everybody else gets rebounds and putbacks.''

It was no coincidence the 76ers won their first game Saturday night in Iverson's first action of the season. The fifth-year guard signaled his return with an 18-point, 9-assist outing against the fast-starting Mavericks.
