Nick Van Exel could not beat the Orlando Magic with his jumper Thursday night.

The Denver Nuggets point guard had a novel idea after the Magic beat the Nuggets 101-82 at the Pepsi Center -- two ideas, in fact.
Guard Tracy McGrady. Guard Grant Hill.
"If you keep on leaving Tracy McGrady and Grant Hill over there one-on-one -- it's not like they were having an off night," Van Exel said. "We got to change the game plan. No matter how good of defenders we have, if you keep leaving two All-Stars over there one-on-one, it's going to be a long night.
"We never made any adjustments. Get the ball out of their hands. Make other people beat you. It's ridiculous to leave those guys over there by themselves."
