Though it is not a contagious condition, several Rockets are now suffering from plantar fasciitis.  Steve Francis is the latest casualty -- the condition hindered his play against Portland and may keep him out of the game tonight against the Sonics.  Glen Rice, Kenny Thomas and Tierre Brown have also suffered from it this season.
