Though Mihm, 22, apparently has found a home with the Cavs and is thought highly of by John Lucas, who is in his first season as Cleveland's coach, being on the move is still a part of the Mihm lifestyle. Because of an injury to starter Michael Doleac, Mihm early on was moved from power forward, where Lucas thinks he has a future in the NBA, to center.
The transition hasn't been nearly as easy as making the move from swimming and tennis to basketball.
Mihm scored a career-high 20 points against New Jersey on Nov. 10 but afterward began to lapse into the proverbial sophomore jinx.
