Scouting report

The Cavs get their first look at Tinsley, the point guard who is averaging 9.2 assists and has been one of the league's biggest rookie surprises after being taken with the No. 27 pick. . . . After losing their first four home games by an average of 19.5 points, the Cavs have rebounded to win seven of their past nine at Gund. . . . The Cavs have had trouble with the Pacers at Gund, losing seven in a row. The streak started with a Game 4 loss in a 1998 first-round playoff series. . . . Indiana's most recent trip to Gund was for last April's regular-season finale. In a 105-101 overtime win, O'Neal had 30 points and 20 rebounds and Rose had 20 assists.
