And Mark Cuban recently good-naturedly poked fun at the ballot-box-stuffing habits of fans in some cities. Let?s hope Nellie is right, and let?s hope some knowledgeable basketball fans start doing the stuffing, because circumstances are conspiring to hurt the All-Star chances of Dirk Nowitzki, Michael Finley and Steve Nash, and to ruin the process meant to reward passionate fandom.
