AUBURN HILLS, Mich. - Celtics coach Jim O'Brien would like to shake Joe Johnson out of his slump, so last night he shook him out of the starting lineup - and the rest of the game, as well.

Johnson was a DNP for the first time this season in the Celtics' 94-91 loss to the Pistons. Fellow rookie Kedrick Brown got the start and played just 12 minutes. His four points included a soaring fast-break jam in the third quarter, and he had three rebounds and a steal, as well.
