He walked off the court, chin up, eyes seething, feet shuffling as one corner section of the Alamodome heckled, then cheered.
Timberwolves forward Kevin Garnett, his 4 1/2-season, 338-game streak of scoring in double figures ended, had to watch from the visitors' locker room as his team was shredded 113-83 Monday night by the San Antonio Spurs.

With 9:49 left in the third quarter, after Wolves center Rasho Nesterovic fouled guard Tony Parker on a shot attempt, Garnett pushed Parker in the back. Spurs forward Tim Duncan came to the defense of his teammate, going chest to chest, then nose to nose with Garnett, who was frustrated already because his team was trailing 60-33.

Teammates separated Garnett and Duncan as each was called for a technical foul, but the yapping continued and both were ejected.
