Playboy model Tina New is suing Dennis Rodman for $10 million for allegedly drugging and raping her in 1999 in Newport Beach, reports the Star Telegram.  A court-appointed arbitrator recommended Rodman pay a $225,000 settlement.  Rodman's lawyer rejected the settlement, saying the award was excessive and didn't reflect the evidence.  So, a civil suit will begin September 23rd.  New brought a complaint to police 10 days after the incident but no criminal charges were brought for lack of physical evidence.
